This broken assam comes from a 1,408‑acre garden of the Bukhial Estate and features a classic, grainy CTC (Crush-Tear-Curl) style. It brews a deep, dark‑teak cup with a bright crimson infusion and savory peat notes. Strong, smooth, and richly malty. Traditionally enjoyed with milk and sugar. Perfect tea for a hardy breakfast to be enjoyed hot or iced.
